The client remains the owner of their account data, conversations, recorded calls, and transcripts.

Intellectual Property

LES SERVICES ACONNECT INC. remains the owner of the technical design elements of the agents.

These elements include prompts, scripts, automation scenarios and internal configurations, unless otherwise agreed contractually.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to manage your account, provide the service, allow access to history, analyze performance, and improve agent configuration.
